Spring has arrived

Hi!

Spring has arrived in the Netherlands. It is surprisingly  warm outside, and the evenings are really long already. Our idyllic evenings on the balcony have been suspended as some bees made use of some holes on the wall and in the table as their new home. For now scotch tape solved the issue.



At the occasion of the sponsorloop at Sophie's school, she made the whole family poor by running 1.3km which is roughly 1.2km more as expected..she enjoyed it and as the whole family is becoming more and more healthy again we can really make use of the nice days. We also added to our image as strange Austrians when we tested the slack line in front of the house for the first time this year.

We are still looking for a nice and quiet hut in the alps for our summer vacation. Preferable above 1500m and not to difficult to reach as I will have to carry the stuff of the whole family. The plan is to stay there a week and also visit Austria. Also suggestions for places on our way their which are worth a stop are welcome as the whole thing will be done by car. This will involve a lot of driving, so we will need to stop at least two times on the way from Enschede to the alps.
