I know this is already the second post for the day. However, setting everything up for the previous one took me a while. I encountered several issues with unison, and picasa.
Unison gave me a hard time syncing my images to our backup disc. It failed setting the permissions. However, the magic trick is the option
perms=0
which tells unison to not sync the permissions.
The other problem was caused by picasa which failed to logon to the webalbum. Hints to replace wininet.dll did not solve the problem. But installing openssl-devel.i686 solved this issue.
Ahh and of course I the bad news for the day is that I discovered that fedora 13 will be delayed by one more week :-(
