Merry -X-mas and a happy New Year to everybody reading this.
It is halfway between the two party's and we still have snow here in Enschede. The original plan included some skiing in nearby Sauerland, but
the Koninklijke TNT Post did not agree with this plan. Four packages containing our ski equipment have been send from Austria to Enschede. So far 25% (Tina's boots) have arrived here in Enschede. An other 25% are back to Austria (My boots) the remaining pieces (you can guess which parts) are lost some where between Austria and The Netherlands. It seems that the ski's took a different route that the boots. Everything has been mailed together at the same time from the same place. For some reason it got split and more annoying lost.
Nevertheless, we had a nice Christmas. Sophie and Emily enjoyed all the presents they got and we build a snow family just outside the house. They are guarding our little hill. As hills are sparse in NL we had to shovel our own little bob sleighing hill. The local dogs seem to like it too. It starts to get a yellowish colour and the bottom :-)
